Kubota Reunites With Producer Kingsford On Their Latest Single, “Thank You”

The land of the rising sun has brought us many twists in the world of hip-hop from culture shifts in fashion to iconic producers emerging from the cities. Japanese-American Kubota rises from the rest, based in Los Angeles Kubota is just coming off his first EP release titled “Zen.” So far accumulating upwards of 120,000 streams Kubota wants to keep the wave going.

Teaming up once again with Kingsford a Vermont-based producer the two have come together before for a project called “Sequel” this time the duo have reunited for the latest project titled “Thank You”. “Thank You” is a bittersweet memento to the idea of heartbreak. Listeners will have a new perspective and a new album to listen to the next time they’re in their feelings.
