There are artists in our lifetime which deserve a certain spotlight to highlight those who feel they have no voice. JRDS is exactly that type of artist. Uniquely expressive artist JRDS has released new album Endorphins and Nicotine and it’s an absolute must listen. JDRS is originally from the UK; they choose to channel their childhood experiences into their music and bring forth these unique, sonic expressions of their experiences. Music has been a heavy influence in JRDS’s life, and has helped them overcome many obstacles. They want to give back and share their story for those who have been in similar situations and feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

The album is like an auditory otherworldly journey. JRDS’s style is unique and influential, making music within the realm of alternative punk/rock, they leave a mark on every record. “It’s about the world we live in told through my perception and the extremities we go through as humans, we are taught to ‘pick a side’ the society of superlatives, and this album questions that, good or evil, man or woman, red or blue. What if we were neither, or even both…” expressed JRDS about the inspiration behind Endorphins and Nicotine. This is an interesting perspective, there is so much discussion about these topics and themes.

JRDS creative expression abilities are very impressive. They eloquently use their vocals to convey a beautiful, meaningful message & capture emotions. JRDS has more content and visuals on the way stating, “I’m currently in tour rehearsals with my amazing band, Zach, Kruttika, and Matt, preparing for the Endorphins and Nicotine tour. Bringing the tour to life has been literally spiritual. The energy and vibes coming from this talented crew of people has been healing”. We are excited to see what’s next from this talented artist, overall the album was beautifully produced and executed by JRDS.

Keep up with JRDS on social media and stream his project Endorphines and Nicotine.
